Sending SMS Messages

How do I send SMSs?

To send SMSs, you create a campaign in the app. Go to the Campaigns section and start a new campaign, then follow the guided creation process: give the campaign a name and description, set up your message (choose a sender/sender ID, write the text, and choose whether it’s the same for everyone or personalized per contact), select the contacts or list(s) you want to send to, optionally test with a small seed list first, review the estimated SMS count and credits required, and then send it immediately or schedule it for a later date/time. Once confirmed, the campaign sends to your selected contacts and you can track delivery status from the dashboard.

You can send from a purchased virtual number or an approved sender ID (a custom sender name), which you set up separately before using it in a campaign.

Yes, you can send to a small “seed list” first as a test batch, so you can check formatting and delivery before rolling it out to your full contact list.

An AI campaign uses a smart, automated conversation flow instead of a single one-way message. When a contact replies, the AI understands their response and continues the conversation naturally to qualify or gather information from them, rather than you having to reply manually.

Yes, before publishing, you can review the AI-drafted message templates for each stage of the conversation and make changes if needed, so nothing goes out that you haven’t approved.

Yes, you can schedule a campaign for a future date and time instead of sending it immediately.

The app shows you an estimated SMS count and required credits before you send, so you know the cost upfront and won’t run out mid-campaign unexpectedly.

No — you can also apply suppression lists on top of the blacklist, so specific contacts are automatically excluded from a given campaign even if they’re on your main list.

You describe in plain language what kind of conversation you want (you can also attach supporting documents), and the AI automatically builds a conversation workflow for you — a flow showing how the conversation should branch based on what the contact says.

Yes, AI campaigns support automatic follow-ups — you can set how many follow-up attempts to make and how many hours to wait between them, so contacts who don’t respond immediately still get re-engaged.
